Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

To become a Digital Skale affiliate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old; or
  • If under 18, have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian and have your parent or guardian register and manage the account on your behalf.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the above eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to verify your age or request proof of guardian authorization at any time. We may reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Dashboard and Tracking

Upon acceptance, you will be granted access to a personalized affiliate dashboard, which will display:

  • A unique referral link
  • The number of successful referrals
  • Commission history
  • Marketing resources

All referrals must occur via your unique tracking link for you to be credited.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn:

  • £5 per active referral, per month, for every month that the referred customer maintains an active, paying subscription with Digital Skale.

Commission payments:

  • Are processed monthly, within the first 14 business days of the following month.
  • Require a valid payout method and a minimum earnings threshold (if applicable).

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

As an affiliate of Digital Skale, you must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about Digital Skale’s services or success rates.
  • Use spam, unsolicited emails, bots, or deceptive tactics to generate traffic.
  • Impersonate Digital Skale or represent yourself as a company employee.
  • Use offensive, discriminatory, violent, or harmful content in your promotions.
  • Discredit, tarnish, or misrepresent the Digital Skale brand.

Any violations of this clause may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

5. Brand Use Guidelines

Affiliates may use provided Digital Skale logos, banners, and copy only for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not:

  • Alter our branding materials without permission.
  • Use our content in ways that suggest a formal partnership or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.
  • Create websites, ads, or social pages that mimic Digital Skale’s official platforms.

All promotional materials must maintain the integrity and professionalism of the Digital Skale brand.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation
  • Inactivity or misuse of promotional tools

In the case of termination due to misconduct, any outstanding commissions may be withheld.

You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Skale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program. We do not guarantee earnings and are not responsible for tracking failures due to technical issues beyond our control.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be sent via email or posted in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
